Rest easy! If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your SOMO Sleep Fitness mask, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that this refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through this website. To request a refund, kindly send us an email at info@somosleepfitness.com and let us know why you’re returning your mask; we’ll issue you a shipping label, and we’ll even cover the cost.
Please be advised that once a return label has been issued, you will have 7 days to ship the product back to our warehouse. Once received, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
Refund requests on masks purchased from third-party sellers should be addressed to the seller and will be subject to their policies.
We currently do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for return shipment and cost.
